About the show

Moe Ismail is an Egyptian-Canadian stand-up comedian who immigrated to Canada at age 9 and has spent the past 13+ years building a reputation as a touring headliner across the country. By day he teaches; by night he makes parents laugh.

In 2023 he was named one of Just For Laughs' New Faces in Montreal, was chosen by the Canadian Academy of Film and Television to host the Prism Prize Awards, and taped a set for CBC Radio's Laugh Out Loud. In 2022 he co-headlined Just For Laughs Toronto and appeared on CBC's The National. Two shows a night, doors open 45 minutes before showtime.
