Tickets from our box office can be cancelled and refunded up to 24 hours before showtime. Use the Manage tickets link in your confirmation email and the money goes straight back to your card. Inside 24 hours, sales are final.
If we cancel a show, everyone is refunded automatically. If we move it, your ticket is good for the new date; if that date doesn’t work, cancel from the same link.
Some shows are sold by partners like Comedy Bar, Eventbrite or the promoter. Those tickets follow the seller’s refund policy, so contact them directly.
At the show
- 19+ with valid photo ID, unless the show says otherwise.
- Doors open one hour before showtime. Seating is first come, first served.
- Lineups can change. Late arrivals are seated when there’s a break.
- Still photos are fine; video depends on the comic, so ask first.
- Heckling or disrupting the show can get you removed without a refund.
- The room is downstairs; there is no elevator.
Prices
Ticket prices on our box office include all booking fees. 13% HST is added at checkout, and there are no other charges.
