Refunds
Tickets from our box office can be cancelled and refunded up to 24 hours before showtime — use the Manage tickets link in your confirmation email and the money goes straight back to your card. Inside 24 hours, sales are final.
If we cancel a show, everyone is refunded automatically. If we move it, your ticket is good for the new date; if that date doesn't work, cancel from the same link.
Some shows are sold by partners like Comedy Bar, Eventbrite or the promoter. Those tickets follow the seller's refund policy — contact them directly.
At the show
- 19+ with valid photo ID, unless the show says otherwise.
- Doors open one hour before showtime. Seating is first come, first served.
- Lineups can change. Late arrivals are seated when there's a break.
- Still photos are fine; video depends on the comic — ask first.
- Heckling or disrupting the show can get you removed without a refund.
- The room is upstairs; there is no elevator.
Prices
Ticket prices on our box office include HST and fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
